Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking to purchase or accessing our payment link, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service in full. This agreement is binding on all buyers — whether inside or outside the THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL Discord community.

No purchase can be completed without acceptance of these Terms. Completing a transaction constitutes full, unconditional agreement to every provision contained herein.

Company Overview

THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL offers digital coaching programs, community memberships, and lead purchasing services. All products are delivered digitally. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Payment Tiers & What Is Included

Membership

Recurring monthly access to community resources and materials. No income or results of any kind are guaranteed.

$97/mo

Elevated Membership

Recurring monthly access to an elevated level of community resources. No income or results of any kind are guaranteed.

$500 one-time

Bootcamp

A structured coaching program. THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL guarantees the client will sign their first paying client within 4 weeks of starting the bootcamp.

💡

If the bootcamp outcome is not achieved within 4 weeks, we will continue to work with the client at no additional charge until they do. This guarantee is fulfilled through continued coaching and support — it does not entitle the customer to a monetary refund.

Lead Purchases
This same payment link is also used for purchasing leads through our supplier. Available to both community members and outside buyers. All lead purchases are final, non-refundable, and fully subject to these Terms of Service.

Section 04

No Guarantee Clause

The $49/month and $97/month subscription tiers carry no guarantee of results, earnings, or outcomes. Individual results depend entirely on the customer's own effort, consistency, and execution.

THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL makes no promises of income or success for these tiers. Any income or results discussed in marketing materials are examples only and not representative of typical results.

Section 05

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription tier or lead purchase.

The $500 Bootcamp guarantee is satisfied exclusively through continued coaching support — not through a monetary refund. Partial month refunds are not issued for subscriptions under any circumstances.

Section 06

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may only be cancelled through one of the following two authorized methods:

Opening a cancellation ticket in the official THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL Discord server, OR
Sending a written cancellation request to: wsrGlobal1@gmail.com

Cancellations are not processed through Stripe, through your bank, or through any other channel. It is the customer's sole responsibility to cancel using one of the two methods above. Failure to do so does not pause or stop billing. THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for charges that result from failure to cancel through the proper channels.

Section 07

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the following:

Before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their bank or card issuer, the customer must first contact THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL at wsrGlobal1@gmail.com to attempt resolution in good faith.

If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute without first following the proper cancellation and contact procedures outlined in these Terms, that action constitutes a breach of this agreement. In response, THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to submit this signed Terms of Service agreement, all transaction records, proof of service delivery, and all relevant communications to Stripe and/or the customer's bank as evidence to contest the dispute.

The customer expressly agrees that this document may be used as a binding contractual defense in any dispute proceeding. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This policy applies equally to subscription purchases and lead purchases.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, systems, frameworks, and content provided by THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL are proprietary and protected. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials for any purpose without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount the customer paid for the specific product or service in question.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which THEGROUP WSR INTERNATIONAL operates. Any legal disputes shall be handled in that jurisdiction's courts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord community.
